An individual counselling session provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore challenges, gain insights, and develop strategies for personal growth and well-being.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Virtual Counselling Appointments All virtual counselling sessions with Brenda Peters are 50 minutes in length and must be booked in advance through the online booking system. Payment The session fee is $150 CAD, payable via e-transfer to counselling@brendapeters.ca. Full payment must be received prior to the scheduled appointment time to confirm your booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment. Session Access Once your appointment is confirmed and payment received, a Zoom link will be emailed to the address provided at the time of booking.
